Subscription Refunds
Our refund policy for subscriptions is as follows:
- 14-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This only applies to new subscribers.
- Subsequent Billing Cycles: We generally do not offer refunds for subscription renewals beyond the 14-day period after your first payment.
- Partial Months: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your billing period when you cancel a subscription.
Requesting a Refund

Exceptions
We may provide refunds outside of our standard policy in these situations:
- Service Outage: If there was a significant service outage that prevented you from using AeroBooker
- Double Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period
- Special Circumstances: Under exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Payment Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
