This cancellation policy explains the terms and conditions for cancelling your subscription with AeroBooker.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your AeroBooker subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:

• You can cancel your subscription through the "Subscription" section in your club's settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will retain access to all features until the end of your billing period.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription.
• After cancellation, you'll still be able to access your data for 30 days to export it if needed.

Auto-Renewal

By default, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can turn off auto-renewal by cancelling your subscription.

Changes to Subscription Plan

If you switch between subscription plans:

• Upgrading (Basic to Advanced): The change takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of your billing cycle.
• Downgrading (Advanced to Basic): The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service. In such cases, subscription fees will not be refunded.
